doing home inspections he was a home
builder.  Although no longer actively
performing home inspections, he is available
as a consultant.

• A comprehensive but easy to understand written report with photos is emailed to you the same day.

• To protect you, our business carries liability and E and O insurance.

• We are certified by the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) to perform radon testing.  
All tests are to EPA standards using a sophisticated, continuous-read, electronic radon monitor.

• ASHI Members must fulfill a number of professional requirements including attending continuing
education courses and adhering to the Society’s Code of Ethics.

• To make the scheduling of inspections and radon tests convenient we both have MLS key pads.
